We store your products in our warehouse, with storage completely free for the first year. This warehouse is always accessible to your brand and can also be used for larger pallet deliveries. Would you like to store your bestsellers in larger quantities with us? Then we are happy to offer our pallet slots for that.
Stock management
Stock management is the process of managing your stock, in our warehouse, which we plan to sell for you.
We will make a weekly stock proposal based on sales so that there always is a perfect fit between products available on stock and the amount of sales. If your inventory gets too low, you might not be able to keep up with the customers' demands. But if your inventory is too high, in time, it will increase storage costs.
Order management
We sell on all major marketplaces in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. The orders we receive are processed by us from start to finish. Fragile items are absolutely no problem for us. Thanks to the many years of experience of our logistics staff, even very fragile products arrive at the customer's premises in perfect condition.
We also work closely together with various carriers. This allows us to switch quickly and always guarantee the best delivery time.
For instance, same-day delivery is also one of the possibilities.
Customer Services & RMA management
In our customer service department, there are employees with a passion for our industry. For example, we employ a chef who loves to help customers find the right product for their kitchen. It is not surprising that our customer service is rated 9.4 by customers.
Returns are processed within two working days upon receiving them. The products in our warehouse remain the property of the brand. Therefore, when in doubt about the return of a product, we will always consult the brand.
